PET imaging on neurofunctional changes after optogenetic stimulation in a rat model of panic disorder

摘要: Panic disorder (PD) is an acute paroxysmal anxiety disorder with poorly understood pathophysiology. The dorsal periaqueductal gray (dPAG) is involved in the genesis of PD. However, the downstream neurofunctional changes of the dPAG during panic attacks have yet to be evaluated . In this study, optogenetic stimulation to the dPAG was performed to induce panic-like behaviors, and positron emission tomography (PET) imaging with F-flurodeoxyglucose ( F-FDG) was conducted to evaluate neurofunctional changes before and after the optogenetic stimulation. Compared with the baseline, post-optogenetic stimulation PET imaging demonstrated that the glucose metabolism significantly increased ( <0.001) in dPAG, the cuneiform nucleus, the cerebellar lobule, the cingulate cortex, the alveus of the hippocampus, the primary visual cortex, the septohypothalamic nucleus, and the retrosplenial granular cortex but significantly decreased ( <0.001) in the basal ganglia, the frontal cortex, the forceps minor corpus callosum, the primary somatosensory cortex, the primary motor cortex, the secondary visual cortex, and the dorsal lateral geniculate nucleus. Taken together, these data indicated that PET imaging can successfully detect downstream neurofunctional changes involved in the panic attacks after optogenetic stimulation to the dPAG.

Research on swimming by undulatory long dorsal fin propulsion

摘要: The kinematics of steady forward swimming of is described. The geometric features of the body and locomotive characteristic and parameters of the flexible dorsal fin are discussed. On the basis of observation and experimental data, a simplified kinematic model on locomotion of the undulatory long dorsal fin propulsion is promoted. The hydromechanical performances of the undulatory long dorsal fin propeller of are estimated with the large-amplitude elongated-body theory. The hydromechanical efficiency of the undulatory long dorsal fin system ranged from 81.664% to 86.420% over a speed range of 0.728 0.985 length " s. It is suggested that the undulatory long dorsal fin propulsion is an adaptation to swimming with high hydromechanical efficiency.

Reliability analysis on civil engineering project based on integrated adaptive simulation annealing and gray

摘要: Dynamic reliability is a very important issue in reliability research. The dynamic reliability analysis for the project is still in search of domestic and international research in the exploration stage. By now, dynamic reliability research mainly concentrates on the reliability assessment; the methods mainly include dynamic fault tree, extension of event sequence diagram and Monte Carlo simulation, and et al. The paper aims to research the dynamic reliability optimization. On the basis of analysis of the four quality influence factors in the construction engineering, a method based on gray correlation degree is employed to calculate the weights of factors affecting construction process quality. Then the weights are added into the reliability improvement feasible index (RIFI). Furthermore, a novel nonlinear programming mathematic optimization model is established. In the Insight software environment, the Adaptive Simulated Annealing (ASA) algorithm is used to get a more accurate construction subsystem optimal reliability under different RIFI conditions. In addition, the relationship between construction quality and construction system reliability is analyzed, the proposed methods and detailed processing can offer a useful reference for improving the construction system quality level.

模糊灰色物元空间(FHW)理论与实践——宏观复杂大系统决策方法

摘要:

模糊灰色物元空间(FHW)是针对宏观复杂大系统中的决策、预测问题进行决策支持的理论方法。它以Delphi法和模糊综合评判为基础,融合了BS和K.J法的优点,综合了模糊数学、灰色系统、物元分析与可拓学等多种理论,以此理论为基础的决策支持系统已经在实际应用中取得了大量的成果。经过近20年的发展,这套理论方法在综合人工智能、复杂系统、集合论等其他学科的基础上,自身也有了长足的发展与进步。简要介绍了模糊、灰色、物元空间理论的理论体系、实际应用情况和近年来的发展和展望。

Gray-box modeling and QFT control for precision servo transmission systems

摘要:

Precision servo transmission systems have widely been applied in industrial equipment to achieve high accuracy and high speed motion. However, due to the presence of friction and uncertainty, the characteristics of precision servo transmission systems are variant depends on the working conditions, leading to oscillation and instability in the system performances. In this paper, a grey-box model of the system is established, the model structure derived from the theoretical modeling and the model parameters are obtained by experiments using set membership identification method. This paper proposes two-degrees of freedom (2-DOF) robust position controller for a precision servo transmission system, based on the quantitative feedback theory (QFT), to achieve high accuracy and consistent tracking performance even in presence of considerable system uncertainties and friction disturbances. The results of simulate and experiment validate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

Optimization of polyurethane-bonded thin overlay mixture designation for airport pavement

摘要: This research explored the application potential of PUM thin-overlay technology on airport rapid maintenance. The rapid curing process of polyurethane binder determines the limited time window for mixing and construction of polyurethane-bonded mixture (PUM), which presents significant difference with hot-mix asphalt (HMA) technology. Therefore, this research investigated and optimized the mix design of PUM for airport thin-overlay technology based on its thermosetting characteristics. First, limestone and basalt were comprehensively compared as an aggregate for PUM. Then, the effects of molding and curing conditions were studied in terms of mixing time, molding method, molding parameters and curing temperature. Statistical analysis was also conducted to evaluate the effects of gradation and particle size on PUM performances based on gray relational analysis (GRA), thus determining the key particle size to control PUM performances. Finally, the internal structural details of PUM were captured by X-ray CT scan test. The results demonstrated that it only took 12 hours to reach 75% of maximum strength at a curing temperature of 50 °C, indicating an efficient curing process and in turn allowing short traffic delay. The internal structural details of PUM presented distribution of tiny pores with few connective voids, guaranteeing waterproof property and high strength.

基于机器学习的自动化恶意代码分类与新恶意代码检测技术 Article

摘要: 恶意软件的爆炸式增长对信息安全构成重大威胁。基于签名机制的传统反病毒系统无法将未知的恶意软件分类到相应的恶意家族和检测新的恶意软件。因此,我们提出一种基于机器学习的恶意软件分析系统,由数据处理系统,决策系统和新的恶意软件检测系统三个子系统组成。数据处理系统包含灰度图像的纹理特征,Opcode特征和API特征等三种特征提取方法。决策系统被用来分类恶意软件和证实可疑的恶意软件。最后,检测系统使用共享近邻聚类算法(shared nearest neighbor, SNN)来发现新的恶意软件。我们在Kingsoft,,ESET NOD32和Anubis收集的二万多恶意样本集上对所提出的方法进行了评估。结果表明,我们的系统可以有效地分类未知恶意软件,准确率可达98.9%。同时新恶意软件的成功检测率为86.7%。

机泵群实时监测网络和故障诊断专家系统

摘要:

应用现代信息技术和人工智能实施设备诊断工程,逐步实现状态维修和预知维修,是大型流程工业企业降低生产成本的重要途径之一。概要介绍为实现这一目标所开发的机电装备实时监测网络和人工智能诊断技术。简要介绍了基于Ethernet和FDDI开发、应用于石化企业的机、泵群实时监测网络;首次提出了黑灰白集合筛选法,在一次原因分析法和故障机理及其识别特征研究基础上,应用此方法开发的基于黑灰白集合筛选法的机械故障诊断专家系统,用于工程实践取得了满意的结果。

基于振动的超高速碰撞识别与定位 Research Article

摘要: 超高速碰撞(HVI)振动源识别与定位在载人航天器防护、机床碰撞损伤检测与定位等领域有着广泛应用。本文研究了基于同步压缩变换(SST)和纹理颜色分布(TCD)的冲击图像HVI源识别和定位算法。提出基于SST和TCD图像特征融合的HVI图像表示方法。为实现更精确的检测和定位,通过关联和评估样本标签与特征维度之间的相似性,获得最优选择性特征OSSST+TCD。将常用的分类和回归模型通过投票和堆叠融合,实现最终的检测和定位。基于所采集的3种高速子弹撞击铝合金板产生的HVI数据,验证了所提算法的有效性。实验结果表明本文提出的HVI识别与定位算法具有更高精准度。最后基于传感器分布,提出一种精确的四圆质心定位算法用于HVI源坐标定位。

面向未知连续非线性系统的间接自适应模糊规划最优控制方法

摘要: 针对动力学未知、不匹配和扰动条件下的连续非线性系统,提出一种新的间接自适应模糊规划最优控制方案。首先,建立非线性系统汉密尔顿-雅各比-贝尔曼(HJB)方程及其匹配的性能函数。与现有自适应动态规划(ADP)方法不同,在执行器-评判器架构下,所提方案采用特殊的非二次变量性能函数作为强化媒介。构造一个自适应模糊规划的评判器结构来配置性能函数的权重矩阵,以逼近和平衡非线性HJB方程。同时,设计一种并行的自组织学习技术用于自适应更新该评判器的权重。在此基础上,提出一种自适应最优反馈控制器与一个新形式的增广黎卡提方程作为执行器,实时优化模糊规划后的性能函数。通过设计上述执行器-评判器架构获得一种在线间接自适应最优控制机制,可同时实现最优成本函数和最优控制策略的连续实时自适应调整。该方法的控制收敛性和闭环稳定性得到证明和保证。最后,仿真和比较表明所提方案的有效性和可靠性。
